It’s fascinating to watch a great typographer at work. The entire process offers an archaeological thrill.…! Thanks a lot Mr. Carl Crossgrove for sharing it all.

Really great read. I just love typeface and what goes into making fonts from scratch.

The bold S and the thin G got me. At first, like some other comments before me, I did not like the font. But, being a designer myself, and having an (albeit very limited) foray into type design, I really loved seeing the behind-the-scenes process. That cinched the font for me. I'm not one for spacey, futuristic-y (not a word, but oh well) fonts, but the history behind this one is great. I love seeing designers' thought processes! It inspires me!

It's fascinating to watch a great typographer at work. The entire process offers an archaeological thrill. And to think how within those final crisp shapes - self-assured & poised - so much past lie buried...! Thanks a lot Mr. Carl Crossgrove for sharing it all.

Carl. Superb! I enjoyed the article and seeing Biome in different modes. This is font I would actually use.

Keep up the good work. I'm impressed. Myke
